Nancy Labor married Charles Richards 19 Mar 1889

Nancy Elvira Labor was born 14 December, 1871, in Shipton Quebec, daughter of Joseph Labor and Lydia Ann Degoosh.  She was listed in the 1880 census with her mother and siblings, in the household of her grandfather Joseph Degoosh, in Barton. 

On 19 March 1889, Nancy married Charles H Richards, in Greensboro, VT.  They  moved to Belmont NH, and were counted there in the 1900 census, along with their children, William and Lydia.  Charles was a lumberman, Nancy worked in a finishing room. 

The family was still living in Belmont at the time of the 1910 census.  Charles was a restaurant porter, and Nancy was a restaurant cook.  Son William, and Lydia, now called by her nickname Daisy, were still at home. 

In 1920, Charles and Nancy still lived in Belmont.  Charles was a laborer, and Nancy was a restaurant cook. They were apparently actually counted twice in the census. The children are no longer listed with their parents. 

Daisy married Curt Bean, and in 1930, Charles and Nancy lived with them in Belmont. Daisy died 26 December 1930, from complications of pregnancy. Curt died in 1935 from heart disease.

Charles and Nancy were listed in the Tilton NH city directory in 1932 and 1937, occupation farmer, on Shaker Road, Northfield NH.  Charles actually died 13 July 1934 in Northfield of heart disease, and was buried at South Road Cemetery in Belmont.   In 1940, Nancy lived in Northfield with her divorced son William and a lodger named Alice Clifford.  Nancy died 21 December 1941 in Belmont.
